Before you book
Good to know before you book
The practical details, in plain language. Text us if anything here needs clarifying for your venue.
Reserving your date
A $300 non-refundable deposit holds your date and comes off your total. Need to move the date? Tell us at least 14 days before and we'll transfer your deposit to any open date within 12 months, one time, free.
Payment
Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and Square. Credit cards carry a 4% processing fee — Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and debit have no fee. The balance is due 48 hours before your event. All prices are subject to 7% Florida sales tax.
Weather
Soft play and inflatables are safe indoors in any weather. For outdoor setups we watch your forecast and contact you by 6 PM the night before if there is a problem. You can move it under cover, reschedule within 12 months, or switch to a dry indoor setup — no fee. Once we have set up, the rental is complete.
What you provide
A flat, level, clean surface — grass, concrete, pavers, tile or turf. No dirt, gravel, sand or mulch. A power outlet within 50 ft for inflatables, or a $85 generator. Clear access at least 36 inches wide, a parking spot for our van, pets secured and sprinklers off.
Cancellations
15 or more days before your event: your deposit becomes a credit good for 12 months and anything paid above it is refunded. 7 to 14 days before: 50% of the total is due. Less than 7 days: the full amount is due.
Additional fees
Condo, hotel or elevator delivery $85. Stairs or a carry over 150 ft $50. Park attendant $30/hr, 4 hour minimum. Pickup after 8 PM $75. Holiday delivery $75. Booking within 48 hours $100.
No face paint, please
Face paint permanently stains our equipment, so we ask that it is never used on or around our soft play, ball pits and inflatables.
Office hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. On weekends we're out running events, so replies may be slower.

How much do kids party rentals cost in Miami?
Individual rentals run from $160 for a kids coloring table to $1,049 for the Premium Celebration package, which combines soft play, a ball pit and a bounce house. Balloon garlands start at $160 and backdrop decor from $450. All prices are before 7% Florida sales tax and a delivery fee based on your location, and orders of $700 or more get free delivery within 10 miles.
Do you deliver party rentals throughout Miami-Dade and Broward?
Yes. We deliver across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — including Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura, Doral, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, North Miami, Miami Lakes, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale. We are a registered vendor with Miami-Dade Parks and Broward Parks. Some locations carry additional fees: condo, hotel or elevator delivery is $85, and stairs or a carry over 150 ft is $50.
How far in advance should I book party rentals in Miami?
The earlier the better, especially for weekends and the bubble house, which books out fastest. A $300 non-refundable deposit holds your date and comes off your total, with the balance due 48 hours before the event. Booking within 48 hours of your party is possible but carries a $100 fee.
Can bounce houses and ball pits be personalized?
Yes. Ball pit personalization with a custom name or theme starts at $60, bounce house personalization starts at $50, soft play blocks are $30, and bundling a ball pit with soft play blocks is $85. Bumper cars and the carrousel can be personalized too.
What is included in a party rental?
